I greatly enjoyed this modern hotel, it did not disappoint. Reasonable value, room was new-fashioned, staff were affable. The breakfast was particularly nice with different hot offerings; the location was unbeatable.

Modern and quiet hotel in a perfect position to the area we where in. The room was new-fashioned and the stuff was friendly and efficient! Nice pool, parking onsite. Everything nice. Location close to the N&NW suburbs, church and airport. A great selection of food options at a medium distance from the venue.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was convenient to about a 3 foot area...

As for me, the area was scary.

The location is comfy and close to the N and fitness center. And it's by Des Plaines River.

The hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location to the N&NW suburbs and proximity to a concert venue. The staff is attentive and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms have been nicely updated, although a new mattress would have been appreciated. Additionally, the breakfast spread is impressive with various hot offerings and different selections to choose from.

No improvements necessary, everything was satisfactory.

Cheap rooms were great-sized inside. The location was DECENT, around 10-15 minutes walk from River Trail Nature Center.

Under construction, I couldn't believe that they actually run it under those conditions, but the rooms were OK.

We had a very good stay in this exceptionally comfortable hotel. Booked large room that was nicely updated but did n't get a new mattress. The location was good and the room was fairly clean. Found River Trail Nature Center, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Prospect Heights. The shuttle service from O'Hare Airport was convenient and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options each morning. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and helpful amenities like a microwave and fridge. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and affordable stay.

Location: the hotel was just off NW suburbs and airport and Chicago. Had brunch in the Players Pub & Grill, located nearby.

Its location in Prospect Heights was good, right by the N&NW suburbs, and fitness center. The room was reasonably large and cheap and nicely updated but did n't get a new mattress. Glad we had exceptionally comfortable bed, good service.
